The Modified Role to Empower Workers in the Relationship between Organizational Conflict Management Practices and Employee Performance: A Study of Telecommunications Companies Operating in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq

The study aims to identify the role of empowering workers in improving performance telecommunications companies (Korek Telecom, Asia Cell, Zain Iraq) operating Kurdistan Region-Iraq, by answering following question: (How can improve institutional Communications region?), due importance variables, its contents and dimensions, a sample who occupy administrative technical positions surveyed were selected as community, their number is (400) workers, questionnaire was distributed them, from which (378) forms retrieved qualitative approach adopted latent it also relied on quantitative analyzing data using statistical program (SPSS V26) (AMOS V26)، results found that there statistically significant effect at level significance (α ≤ 0.05) empower with dimensions: (participation information, freedom independence), workers.
